Should i get 3770k or 3930k?

No, but I don't know that you will get $240 worth of video editing improvement over the 3770k, and you will probably get slower gaming performance by going with the more expensive CPU, because of an IPC/clock speed double whammy.

The 3770k has an advantage in Instructions Per Clock and a Higher clock speed.

The 3930K is a 6-core which is a waste for gaming but could be useful in video editing. However, I think the 3770K should be more than adequate for video editing (still overkill for gaming) for a lot less money.
Ivy bridge is about 3-5% better performance than comparable Sandy Bridge. No major gain, but I would go with the newer technology myself.
