GTX 590 confused!

So let me get this straight , I have a gtx 570 which is a fairly new GPU....

Then they release the gtx 590 which is double faster and better then the 570? .

That dosen't make any sense that means by next year my GPU will be terribly out-dated..

I'm going to go cry in a corner

Computers are to darn expensive to keep updated.

The GTX 590 is two 580's. It wasn't very good though, that's why you don't see them around anymore. The 570 is still good and should last a couple of years. But yes, keeping up with technology is quite expensive.
