32-bit gaming in Windows 7

I happen to have some games that were released around 2007/2008, wich was some time before Windows 7 release. These games play on a 32-bit Vista very well. Will they also play on a 64-bit Windows 7? Im talking about games late 2006 and beyond (DX10 and DX11)
