Question about cpu upgrade

I have a amd 3200+ oced but i would like the multitasking from dual core.
now the question is should i buy a 165 and overclock it or should i wait until my next build for possible am2 or whatever intel is offering at that time?

Alright, thanks a bunch, i can easily wait it out till then, and i'll have saved up more money to spend on a cheaper processer if prices drop as thought
