Hello,

I need to replace Explorer with different shell. When I have
LogonType set to Welcome screen, a blue screen "Loading
personal settings..." hides my application's window for about 30
seconds.
I need to know how to change this time or how to hide the welcome
screen immidiatly after user logs in.
Changing logontype to classic (Win2000 style) is not a solution for me.
