Hi All,

I do a lot of Flash, Video Editing and PhotoShop. I use a lots of CPU intensive Adobe software packages and do a lot of programming in PHP/MYSQL, HTML5, Java SDK for Android.
What model of Solid State Drive (ssd) would complement the components I currently have for my new system? (below)

1) Intel Core i7 3770K processor 3.5 4 LGA 1155 BX80637I73770K

2) ASUS Deluxe Intel Z77 ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1155 Motherboard P8Z77-V DELUXE

3) Cooler Master HAF X Full Tower w/ SuperSpeed USB 3.0
w/ Window w/ Black Interior ATX Case (RC-942-KKN1)

Thanks in advance Steve V.

An SSD wont directly affect your performance in regards to video rendering / number crunching, but will generally speed up the system.

The Crucial M4 range is the favourite on the forum, so I would go with that. I would suggest the 128Gb model so you can put the OS and all the above programs onto it for better performance.

Is the difference between Intel's 180GB and the 120GB considerable?

The performance is almost identical... but it's 50% larger...
