Here is the computer I might buy and then upgrade if possible

The computer cost $380 currently.

I would add this new power supply.

And this new graphics card?

As you can see, I'm on a very tight budget, a little over $600.
I want this computer to play games like WoW, D3, and portal 2 at high graphics settings with no lagg. Is this computer upgradable and, if not, can some one recommend a computer that is upgradeable that fits my preferences. Also, would this computer suffice to fit my gaming needs? I don't want to completely build a computer from scratch as I don't have the time to.
Thanks in advance.

That prebuilt does look upgradable, isn't tamper proof like a Mac or something.

I would definitely suggest putting in the graphics card, integrated graphics wont run what you want all that well. The PSU looks fine as well.

Should be fine, may want to up the i3 in it to an i5, but its not problem at that budget.
