Download compatable ethernet controller from 32 bit to 64

installed win 7 from xp and am only missing two drivers, can someone help me? I need a ethernet controller driver that is from 32bit to new 64
I also need the same with a multi media audio controller. Please help me

I do not have internet upstairs so I am trying to use a usb storage device and download from there. How do you detect what MB you have?
