Fan filter for Antec 302 side panels (without a fan)?

Anyone know of any fan filters that will screw onto my side panels without a fan? I bought the Silverstone filters, but they aren't threaded, so it didn't work out. I tried going to Lowe's to look for nuts, but the guy said the screws were furniture screws, therefore no nuts would fit.

I don't know if you're very experienced with fasteners but you can tap and die it although finding that small of a tap may be hard. How about plastic rivets or pop rivets?

Or do what I did- I had an old broken 80mm fan- cut corners off where threaded holes are, sand down so neat and use them basically as nuts for the fan screws.
