Help with $600 budget gaming PC

I am looking to spend no more than $600 on a gaming PC but when I say gaming i only really mean Diablo 3. The only game that will be played on it is diablo 3 and the other uses for it will be to surf the web and watch movies on the internet. So basically I just need a Desktop that will run Diablo 3 smoothly.

I plan to purchase all the materials within a week.

parts I do not need : Moniter, Mouse, Keyboard

Do no care about overclocking

If you have say $25 extra get a radeon 6870. It's more powerful. It will be sufficient for all your gaming needs.
