If you think you will ever OC the GPU, get an 8 phase design, EVGA FTW, Asus DCII TOP, etc

The XFX Cored Edition 650 gets same jonnyguru performance rating of 9.5 as one you picked but its almost $30 cheaper.

Hyper 212 is a nice budget cooler but not needed if you are not going to OC. If ya are going to OC, consider moving up to the 612 which will keep things 5-7C cooler.

Couple of suggestions:
- Get a Z77 mobo (ASRock H77 Pro4 is sufficient) and non-K 3570 if you are absolutely certain you won't be using SLI/CF
- Might look at low profile version of that ram to make sure you clear the Evo's fan (the heat spreaders are just for looks if you are not overclocking the ram)

Looks good to me otherwise.

for all the games up there, you really do not even need a 670 to max out the settings

no SLI and no OC

go get a z77 mobo with only 1x pci3.0 slot i suggest MSI boards

change to i5 3570 without the k as above

you have wrong link on ram i am thinking it is the tall heat sink rams

change that to the low profile ones so you can fit the hyper 212 evo

Then could you recommend me something cheaper that's fit for gaming like SC2 or D3 max graphic setting? I want to save money if possible.

Also, if i'm not going to OC, do I need to buy extra fan?

you can seriously max out d3 and sc2 on a 460 SC

which is around $150

for what you are paying for i would much rather buy a 7850/7870/670/680
(pricing lowest to high)

but other than that you can save a lot for not going with a over the top GPU

The C-14 is supposed to be VERY quiet. I chose OC-able components in case you even want to overclock, as it is a pretty good way to squeeze a bit more performance out of the build further down the road.
