I have a build picked out that seems awesome just looking for opinions/changes that won't break the budget, this is going to be a replacement for a Laptop and anything to lower the cost without ruining the current specs a lot would be awesome.

heres a good build for 1200-1400. it can max out the settings for most games on the 1080p monitor.

remember to adjust your timings so that you ram runs a 1600mhz and not 1333
