Is this computer fit for gaming?

Here is the computer:

I'm not looking for a hardcore gaming desktop, just a computer that would handle WoW, D3, and maybe portal 2 on high graphics with high fps and no lagg.
I would even upgrade it by putting one of these video cards and PSU in it:

Video card option 1:

Video card option 2:

So with the upgrades would this computer be able to handle WoW and D3 and maybe portal2 on high graphics with no lagg? Also, would this computer even be upgradeable? I'm new to this stuff so any help or suggestions would be grateful. Also,I'm on a really tight budget as you can see this stuff would only add up to a little over $600.

  1. I would have to say no. WoW would be completely fine, but not sure about D3. Your better off making a custom build in my opinion. Can dish out the same amount of cash for a lot more PC

Everyone seems to say that I could build my own with the same amount of cash but no one has come to list the parts suited to my gaming preference with the price for each part. Can you list the parts with the price so I can have actual proof of a gaming desktop greater than this build for the same price? Whenever I try to make a build I get up to about $550 total without the $100 for windows 64-bit. So is there anyway you can list a build for the exact/near amount of cost that is better than the computer listed above ?
  3. Before MIR $588, and after MIR you get $533 w/o OS.
