Agree with looniam about the CPU and the RAM.
However the Noctua NH-U9B will not fit in the Thermaltake Armor A30. This is because the NH-U9B is 125mm tall but the Armor A30 can only take coolers up to 90mm in height.

Some coolers which are less than 90mm:
Prolimatech Samuel 17, (needs a 120mm fan)
Scythe Shuriken,
Cooler Master Geminii S

There is no reason to buy the 700W version of the OCZ ModXStream Pro, as the 600W version is more than enough for your build and the 700W version offers no other advantages over the 600W; they have exactly the same cable configuration and cable lengths. So you might as well save the money.

The Antec High Current Gamer HCG-520M is a better PSU though:

The Silverstone Strider Plus 500W ST50F-P is a good fully modular unit, for which you can buy a short cable set which might be appreciated in an mATX case like the Armor A30.

Any other recommendations? Maybe where i can save a bit, im 200$ outside budget so i was thinking getting rid of the optical and maybe use a SATA hdd i have on my current computer, what do u guys think?

That cooler won't fit in the case.

Is there some specific ROG feature that you need? Because if not then you could save money on the motherboard.

ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-z77extreme4m

Asus P8Z77-M PRO
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-p8z77mpro

Yes you can re-use the HDD from your current build.

Hi mate, quick q about your setup - did you manage to get the long GPU into the Armor A30 without a problem? Only issue I've heard with the A30 is that the mobo you get needs to have the PCIe slot on the end of the board, otherwise the GPU won't fit (it gets obstructed by the drive cages apparently). Was just wondering whether this happened to you, since although the PCIe slot on the P8Z77-M PRO is the first slot, it's about 1.5cm from the edge?

Thanks :D ,
