Will this PSU hold up?

I'm about to build the following system, and wondering if the PSU can support the mobo GPU and 2 cooling fans in the chassis.

Please make any recommendations you think about either the PSU or the components I intend on buying!

Mobo - ASUS P8H77-M LE
CPU - i5 3450 Ivy
GPU - Club 3D Radeon HD 7770 GHZ
PSU - Thermaltake LitePower 450Watt
SSD - OCZ Agility 60GB sata 3
RAM - Corsair Vengeance heatsink (2x4gb CL8 1.5V)
Chassis - Gigabyte Setto II 140
Samsung 23"
DVD drive

no way you need to upgrade it to the 550w or 650w etc

I would be more worried about the quality of the PSU instead of the wattage. Your current system doesnt consume a lot of power, a 450 W PSU is enough. The quality of that 450W listed, on the other hand, is a different matter although I don't think it would be that bad. Thermaltake is an ok PSU brand, considering the budget you are on, I guess you are ok if you have to stick with it. If you can get a better brand like Corsair 550W, it should be better.
