Hi
could anyone tell me of a fix for my pc clock that keeps bad time, the
minutes are fine its the hours that change everyday, I would prefer not to
install precision time again because of the gain pop ups, any help I would
appreciate

Hi Gerry,

It sounds like the Time Zone is set incorrectly and built in Auto sync
is adjusting to it.

Many things can cause problems with the clock but the battery is seldom the
cause.
If the computer reboots to the correct time it is not the battery.
