Possible Problem with AMD Cards

So i believe i have a problem with my two Sapphire 6870 Cards (Crossfire Mode) Games like Skyrim and Battlefiled 3 or Arma 2 Don't run smooth and if i look at Catalyst it shows for a second 10% of activity and then goes down to 0.

OK what is the rest of your setting as well the model of your drives. Slow drives can nerf performance more than most tend to think now days and bad settings can break the best of things.

I might as well that was nothing at all, I want game settings as well the model of your drives. Slow hard drives hold back the performance in many applications.

Its all on ultra, using default settings doesn't change it at all.

My HD is a 500GB one with Sata/Sata 2 Seagate i believe.
