Is my psu enough

I have 500watts psu not branded... Here is my specs i7 2600k, msi gtx 670 pe/oc twin froze,8gb specs, 1tb hdd, noctua nh-d14 CPU cooler, ASUS p8z68 v-pro,,, do I need to buy new psu with 650 or 750 watts and do I need to change my avr also?

I'd bump up to a quality 550w unit for some extra headroom, but i'd say a quality 500w unit would be sufficent as well. Granted you stated that your PSU is "not branded", so if you are unable to recognize the brand of the unit then i personally wouldn't use it. As for that system i would want to make sure i'm getting steady and clean power when at load. I would only go with no name or generic PSU's if the system i'm using won't be consuming much.
