Hey everyone, just finalizing my build right now, going to order it soon as I get some confirmation and some advice! Thanks everyone
My build will be $800 or so.. I'm going with all these specs, and also I will be using a Dynex 32" 720p TV for my resolution, in Canada to by the way. I will be looking to play BF3, Diablo 3, and other modern games. I was wondering is building a computer hard, and where can I find a anti-static bracelet for cheap. Thanks everyone for the help, I appreciate it. :D

Looks like a solid build. You dont need an anti-static wrist band, I've built dozens on pc's without one. Just touch the metal on your case to discharge any static charge that may be on your body before handling your parts, and dont work on a carpeted floor. once you start installing parts you will be touching you case just to get the parts in, and that will keep you discharged. It really usually isnt a problem unless you are in very dry conditions, working on carpet in socks. Think about it, in day to day life in your house how often do you get shocked when touching metal objects or another person. If it happens all the time, take extra precautions, if rarely a couple of touches on the case and you are good.

build looks good.
do a little research on building to get familiar; so you know what a motherboard stand off looks like :) watch a vid or 2 on utube.

then when the event comes, just relax, take your time and don't get nervous; i have and i hated sweat dripping on the motherboard :p

you'll do fine and reward yourself with a beer!
