I udtaed my windows XP Dell Optiplex and now it will not start the windows system. It is stuck in a loop of rebooting and not starting properly. It won't even start in safe mode. Please help!

back up your data using a liveCD like Ubuntu or Fedora. then use the system restore to factory reset your computer.
