a problem with cooling system

I've checked the fan but found working normal
a system warning is indicating a problem with the system cooling has been detected

If the processor fan RPM is too low, the computer will complain about it because it thinks your processor will melt.
If you don't think it will, you should be able to change a setting in the BIOS related to idle fan wattage and make it go away.

call your motherboard company and ask them how to turn the warning off through BIOS.
