Approximate Purchase Date: This Sunday - sometime next week

Budget Range: 500$

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming(SC2, Diablo 3, LoL, Skyrim)

Parts Not Required: Keyboard Mouse Speakers

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg

Country: USA

Parts Preferences: by brand or type: I'm not brand loyal.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Not enough money

Monitor Resolution: What ever is decent!

Additional Comments: I'd like to play games on medium-high so I'll need a decent GPU. Rebates kind of sketch me but If it's needed I don't mind. This is my first build so I don't own anything, windows, a monitor, harddrive and everything are essential.

My budget is unmoving! I only have 520$ and that's for shipping as well!

More about : 500 build

520 won't get you much since you're going to need a monitor and a operating system as well as a half-decent graphics card. I just ordered some parts for a friend two days ago and was real tight on budget as well.

I'll see what I can do.

K came to 645 after a 30 MIR. If you can scour any parts it would help tremendously with your build.

Core components - i3-2120, 8GB Ram, Radeon 6770, 20" LCD, 500GB HDD, Windows 7, and other stuff.

Manu, you forgot Windows 7...

This is pretty damn hard; the best I could do is this:

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

HDD+DVD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?Ite...

GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

OS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Monitor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Total: $554.90 without shipping. (No Mail In Rebates)

Total: $561.88 with shipping. (No Mail In Rebates)

Total: $519.90 without shipping. (With Mail In Rebates)

Total: $526.88 with shipping. (With Mail In Rebates)

You get Dirt 3 for free as well as a $20 Newegg gift card.

This is absolutely the lowest I could go. The only problem I see is that if you only have $520 then you can't afford it because you have to purchase it for $555 and then get the mail in rebate later.
