System Usage from Most to Least Important: only gaming and a few google searches here and there

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, cpu case (using the nzxt phantom 410) and operating system

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: i am fine with any trust worthy website

Country: Australia

Parts Preferences: any that give me the best performance

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Additional Comments: i would like parts that will give me top of the range performance and not to make a lot of noise (i don't mind some)

It's going to be 10 to 15 months before you build? There will be a completely new generation of components by then. There is no way to plan a build that far in advance.

Start planning your build and checking prices about two months before you actually plan on buying parts. Intel should have Haswell out by then or at least close and who knows with graphics cards. I would imagine DDR4 will be the standard by then as well. Just too early to even guess.
