Help for network

Hello,
I am an i.t tech at my company, we use terminal server for most users and have a problem with defaulting network printers, for some reason the individual users wont remember the default setting, after restarting it goes back to another printer. Any ideas about this? We've been working on this for a while and havn't got anywhere.
Edit: We are running windows server 2008 R2 on our server, the terminal services run off this.
