New Computer Build, GeForce GT 430 DOA?

I just got all my parts for my new computer today with all of the bought from ordered from newegg.

This is what I have:

Mobo:ASUS P7P55 WS Supercomputer (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1156/P7P55_WS_Supercomputer/)
Processor: Intel Core i7-960 Bloomfield 3.2GHz
Video Card:GeForce GT 430
Power Supply: Rosewill RP600V2-S-SL 600W
Ram: CORSAIR XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Hard Drive: Samsung by Seagate Spinpoint F3 500GB

I placed everything in the case, started it up and the monitor said "no signal" and went to stand by mode.

The Fan was running on the graphics card so I know it has power but monitor is getting no signal. (Note: There are no additional power inputs on the Graphics Card)

I tried VGA and DVI ports and no change. I also tried using other PCI-E 2.0 x 16 ports with no change in the result.

Does anyone have any recommendations for what I can try before reporting it as a doa?

Thank you for any help you can give me!!!!

On your motherboard website it says it should have diagnosis card. Did you try checking for boot errors with it?

this one says it has it too. It should have arrived inserted in your motherboard, it's just little led screen and 2 buttons with says POWER and RESET CMOS.
