Need help with new build.

msi z77 GD65
AMD 4850 x2 Crossfire
750w Dell PSU
Crucial Ballistix Elite 8gb DC 1866
Win 7 Ultimate
not overclocked

So I just rebuilt my pc and its been working fine for about 2-3 days now, I leave my room for a few minutes come back and my screen is black and nothing will bring it back up, pc is still on. And red leds are on under both GPU's. It wont turn off so I unplug I plug it back in and it works this has happened 2 times now. My cards argent dead because im using them now right? and they didn't overhead because I wasn't doing anything. Im thinking its a bad connection or my PSU isn't powerful enough.

is it because my new ram, processor and motherboard are useing more than my last setup, because I was using these cards and PSU on my old setup with no problems.

Hmm well while Im here what does that little black button on the back of the PSU do
Also what kind of PSU do you recommend I plan on upgrading to another set of sli or crossfire cards aswell.

Thanks, so its the amps not the wattage that is causing my problem I don't know much about PSU's I always thought it was higher wattage was needed for higher end set ups.
