The maximum operating temperature for a FX-8150 is 61°C -- it should not reach 68°C even if Turbo is turned on.

What is your case?

Perhaps you could get a after market cpu cooler like Hyper 212 EVO http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

xcase denheb ghost+ i have installed two extra fans BIG case loads of ventallation stock cooler fitted correctly 20c cut in temp with boost turned off , also why would i really need 3.9-4.2 ghz with boost anyway i'm not trying to beat (Bolt) at the 100m lol

If you do not need going beyond 3.6GHz, then why are you worried about?
