You'll do just fine if you upgrade your GPU to something (anything) more modern. A 6670 would do much better even for about $80. Do you have a budget to upgrade? [strike]you should be somewhat playable already depending on your resolution but[/strike] it's going to struggle on that gpu.

[strike]Based on how it does in these older games (which still bench well) it seems the OP could get playable frames at or under 720p at low settings with everything off. BFBC2 isn't all that demanding when on low.[/strike]
