Im looking to upgrade my system to play Diablo 3 upon release.
I have been doing some research and found a couple cards that might be suitable.

The only concern I have is the PSU output of 250w.
Im willing to upgrade PSU if you think it totally necessary,

I wouldn't necessarily mind having the power supply outside the case if that's also an option because that might allow more breathing room for the card inside the cramped case.

That case is tiny. After a few minutes of searching, a conventional psu will not fit, not will a graphics card that is anywhere near normal size. It's gonna be hard to upgrade your stuff, not saying it's impossible, but difficult.
