Hello everyone. I am almost done with my build but need to decide on a good motherboard. Can you all please help me choose one? I am looking for one under $130 and that supports AMD 3+. 970 and 990fx preferred. Crossfire-able preferred. USB 3.0 connections to the front of the case preferred. And most importantly, on that I will be able to keep for many years.

System:
XFX Radeon HD 6870 GPU
OCZ ZT 650W PSU
AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE CPU
G.SKILL Ripjaws 8Gb RAM
Antec Illusion CASE
Samsung 500Gb HDD
Asus CD/DVD reader/writer

Hello, I'm using the GA-970a-D3 Board and it is a great board. It is a cheap board, but it has some great features. Although I will be upgrading to your 3rd choice, the ASRock 990FX Extreme3 :)

What do you like/dislike about it? And why will you be switching to the ASRock board? Is it easy to overclock with it?

It's an amazing board for the price. It's easy to install, all my parts fit nicely. There are no bad points about it. I will be upgrading to one of ASRock's Board's simly because I'm thinking about SLI-ing a GTX 560, and also because I need more RAM slots. I've never overclocked but it is a very simple BIOS interface. It takes a few seconds to overclock your RAM, CPU and GPU.

Do you recommend any other motherboard outside of the three listed above? Also, if I went for the first one would I be able to overclock? And is it a good motherboard?
