Mouse & Keyboard Freeze !!

Sometimes the mouse pointer hangs in its current position and neither the keyboard works .. but the rest of the system works ( like music playing..youtube bffering continues..) ... i have bought new mouse and keyboard ..but the problem still continues......

sounds like an IO issue. Try updating chipset drivers.
