Best PCI/AGP Graphics card for me

System Specs: Dell Precision 450 Hyperthreaded
Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 3.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz

Memory: 4096MB RAM (3GB Usable on Windows 7)

Current graphics card : Nvidia Geforce 6200

DX11

PSU Wattage : 360W

Slots: AGP 8x & PCI only

Currently thinking about getting http://www.amazon.co.uk/HIS-Radeon-HD-4670-IceQ/dp/B003CYKCG8/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

but Im not sure if it will blow out the psu or not.

Reccomend some other graphics card on AGP 8x if you can, Many thanks.

It should work. Also, that's the most powerful AGP card available in the world. If you want a faster one, you'll have to upgrade your motherboard.
