Approximate Purchase Date: 1-2 Months there no sense in us giving you any advice on any build until a week max before your going to buy everything reason why availability, prices will change.

Build looks pretty good. Couple suggestions

-You don't really need a modular PSU and 750W is over kill unless you want to SLI in the future. Could save $50 there.

-switch to 212 EVO cooler, it's only $35. Will save you some money if you don't plan on over clocking past 4.5Ghz

-Also need to switch your RAM to low profile so it doesn't get in the way of the heat sink

-Could switch mother board to Asrock extreme4. saves you $30 and practically the same board. Asrock make solid boards

-if you want to OC you'll need i5-3450k not i5-3450
