yes the MB should be Ok for your needs.
the G41 is a socket 775 MB and matches your CPU.
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3798#sp
the memory should be supported, but will probably default to 1066 speed. you should be able to OC to 1333.

it is a uATX form factor so make sure the case you chose supports uATX

these are good low cost cases (many with free shipping)

Looks ok, you will need a 120mm and a 92mm fan for it though. I assume you already have the ATX powersupply from you old rig?

not sure how much you want to spend on a case, but these would be my choices from that site

Allright, thanks. Oh and by the way my HDD is SATA and motherboard supports SATA 2. Is it backwards compatible? And there is another problem. My Radeon 5670 didnt work on my old MOBO because it is for PCI-E 2.1 and my MOBO supported 1.0.
I cant find which VGA Gigabyte g41mt-d3v supports so i dont know how its going to work.

Ok so all of the parts will work i just need to install them its good to know thank you.Ill have few more questions ill ask you because i never changed motherboard.
Will i need to reinstall windows?
Can i find drivers for mobo in internet?
Can i install them if im still using Windows XP SP3?
My ati didnt come with CD. Am i able to get drivers on internet?
Do you think i will be able to watch HD films or play latest games (for examle assassins creed 2, crysis 2, skyrim) on 1024x768 resolution?
And at last should i get newer HDD? My current is already 6 years old it is:

SAMSUNG HD 160JJ .

Skyrim, maybe, Crisis probably not.
I would upgrade your GPU. these won't fry your Powersupply AMD HD7750 -Best option or a HD6670 only if you can find the GDDR5 version not the GDDR3 verion or maybe a nVidia GT 440 GDDR5

And at last should i get newer HDD? My current is already 6 years old it is:
SAMSUNG HD 160JJ .
yes, i wouldn't trust magnetic media after 5 years

Well friend just told me that he had the same card - Sapphire 5670 GDDR5 512mb and he played crysis 2 with 1280x720 resolution, gamer settings and he had like 30-50 fps . However i will be upgrading my GPU as soon i get some money. What
about processor? Is it enough to work with computer without lagg?
