sli vram : what if the first gpu have more ram then 2nd does it follow the first larger ram or the 2nd's? Thanks

In SLI, the card with the lowest amount of RAM controls How much RAM is used By the cards. So, If you had a 1GB card and a 2 GB card in SLI, then the system would show 1 GB of RAM for Video.
