Additional Comments:

I'm thinking about a setup like the following for about $1300 AUD, inc. shipping:

Intel i7 3770k
16GB ram @ 1600MHz (Brand: Elixir)
2 TB HDD SATA III 7200 RPM
120 GB SSD
Asrock Z77 Pro3 Motherboard
22X DVD Burner
2GB HD 7850 (Sapphire or HIS)
850W PSU
Unbranded PC Case
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

My questions are,
1) Will it bottleneck?
2) How much can I OC the CPU and GPU?
3) Will I be able to run games like BF3 on HIGH / ULTRA settings?
4) Is the price right?

It's a fairly decent build i never heard of that ram before though are you sure it is good maybe somebody else will know anyways to answer your questions Will it bottleneck? No How much can I OC the CPU and GPU? well when it comes to overclocking your cpu nothing is certain i'd say 4.5ghz for sure any higher is a 50-50 chance and you would also need a good aftermarket heat sink before you start oc your cpu as for the 7850 OC'd is > GTX 570; and nearing GTX 580 levels. Using less than half the power... here is the results for the Radeon HD 7850 and Radeon HD 7870 cards:
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/AMD/HD_7850_HD_7870/29.html and as for playing on high settings at those resolution of course you can ;) as for price that i wouldn't know because i am from California and this would cost about 1,100 here in California :)
