500W (or greater) power supply with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connector recommended
600W power supply (or greater) with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connectors recommended for AMD CrossFire™ technology.

i would say something old, ATI 4000 series or equivalent Nvidia, and even that may strech the power consumption a bit. just get a good 550w psu and something like a 5770 or better.

For a 350w psu.. go for a hd 7750. Even a hd 7770 will work but with a cheap psu it's risky. gtx 550 ti consumes a lot of power.. try gtx 650 its better in regards to power consumption.
