Both about the same price, but i heard the first build is better quality, but i have a feeling the second build is more balanced. Any suggestions, on why one build is better than the other?? I just want to be able to play games on high settings comfortably. Some games on ultra but i won't go past a $1000 budget for my first build.

The first build gets my vote. The Radeon HD 7850 outperforms the GTX560 Ti and has an incredible overclocking headroom which can put it near GTX580 performance...so it won't disappoint you :)
