A little background information about the build first.

I have a few friends back home that I haven't seen in years and don't really keep in touch with as well as I'd like because they don't have a dollar between them all. I really want to build them a modern gaming PC that can move easily because they're still playing PS2 mostly which is just unacceptable.

I've already ordered the case I want to use.

I think the rugged form factor and handle are perfect. I know my friend will be taking it all over so this fit perfect.

It's not set in stone but I'm really liking the z77 board by Zotac I found. Built in wifi is an enormous plus.

What I need now is to find a GPU in the $100 to $200 range that has a blower-style cooler that is usually found on the most expensive models like the 570 and 680. I need it to exhaust all of it's heat externally as I don't plan on upgrading over the standard Intel CPU cooler.

The only one I've found so far is this Zotac 560 SE.

I'm hesitant of using a binned chip like that. I'd rather have a 28nm Radeon of some kind but that's unlikely.

For miniITX board

GPU: Zotac GTX 560

All other cards in that price range rarely have blower style coolers. The case you pick can support a video card of up to 300mm (aprox: 11.6 inches). If you skip for the blower style cooler, then you'll get more choices.

I know... I'm really concearned about heat though.

My friends aren't likely to clean it or otherwise take care of it so I want to give it's internals the best chance I can.

I like that there's a 560 version of the Zotac blower card also. I just need to figure out if the price difference favors the 560 or 560 SE.

That's a really cool looking card. If you could see it in the case I'm getting this may have been worth more.

Personally I'd much rather go Nvidia. I've had 6870'd in crossfire before and I did have a lot of driver issues and so far SLI has been much easier. I'm obviously NOT going to be running more than one card but I prefer the driver stability of the green team.

Plus it's $10 less for the 560 which is nearly equivalent to the 6870.

It will depend on the game. I'm selling my GTX560Ti because the nVidia drivers don't get along with some of my older titles.
