I recently changed the hard drive in my asus netbook and in order to do that I must remove the keyboard. When removing the keyboard I broke the black clip that locks in the keyboard ribbon. I re-inserted the cable (Has a snug fit) and when I look at Device management there are no errors for the keyboard. But the keyboard is not working. Do I need to replace the keyboard or the motherboard? Is there any way to repair the broken clip on the motherboard? Please help. I just purchased a hard drive for this computer.
