Since moving my pc its become very slow

since having a lan at my friends house, my computer has been very slow and CPU usages keeps topping 100%, im not to sure whats wrong?help!!

try running check disk and a virus scan.

I did try the virus scan, but my computer for some reason isnt allowing me to do a check disk.
