1: since you like amd, why not get a 7850 card. its smaller than the 6850, its much faster and is much more power efficent.
2: seagate barracuda 1tb with 64mb of cache is cheaper and is the same speed as the black drive if not faster

The Phenom II 965 BE might be slightly better for gaming but you won't really notice much of a difference. The biggest difference you would notice is on your wallet. you could get the 965 + the Asus Crosshair V mobo for about $30 less.
