ATI HD4850 - Still any good ?

Hi Experts,

I have a ATI HD4850 1gig video card. I use it in my old rig, predominantly for playing arcade emulation stuff e.g. Metal Slug, Pacman etc.

Would this card still be OK for casual 3D gaming at 1280x1024 say when Diablo 3 gets released ?

at first i read it as "3D" like 3d monitors with glasses. i dont think they have it at such a low resolution lol...

first and foremost u can run diablo 3.

at minimum u need a x1950 to play the game while its recommended that you have a 4870. your card is a bit slower than the recommended but your system should be running most things on medium. its a blizzard game so its not to hard on system specs.

i think what he means by 3d is non 2d games, pacman etc are 2d games
