Will an overclocked 2500k be faster than a stock 3570k due to the heat problems with Ivy Bridge?

a IB 4.2GHz matches a SB 4.5GHz

when IB gets to 4.5Ghz it tends to get hot so thats where good After market heatsinks come into play

NOTE: WB scorpio is there laptop HDD series save some money and go with WD caviar blue
