Cooler master 600 w and gtx 680

i have
intel core i3 2100
8 gb RAM
cooler master extreme power plus 600w

i'm planning to purchase gtx 680,, can i run that...
secondly should i purchase inno3d,evga,asus,msi or gigabyte edition..

please tell me...

You could run it, however, I wouldn't really recommend it

Either a Radeon HD7950/7970 or GTX670 is what I would personally run with that kind of CPU. Even then, you may run into some slight bottlenecking issues.

What resolution do you plan to game at? Also, regarding brands, it comes down to personal preference and the features. I would personally only purchase ASUS, MSI, or Gigabyte cards due to their wicked aftermarket coolers.
