Best TV Tuner opinons needed

Bascially i am looking for a TV tuner card to connect up to my computer as an addon for my video card, i want the card to be able to play the radio, as well as TV from a composite slot (a standard i would have thought anyway). Bascially from looking around i have only really seen WinTV cards and i am wanting your opinions on what would be best for me as i am after a cheap card ~£100 or under. Also have you any thoughts on their USB model or any other companies i should look into

From what I hear, USB Tuners sucks a big one.

Personally, I have a cheap-o TView 99 card that I traded for my N64. It works fine, even comes with an IR remote. There is another version that has FM Radio, costs a little more.

Other people have suggested the ATI TV wonder.
