M4n68t-m le v2 booting problem

Hello,
I just put in a ASUS sound card, and after turning off the onboard sound driver from the bios, the computer reset, and froze on the ASUS logo screen. Now, I don't get any display at all, and my 6850 just sounds like it's trying to take off.. the fan is at max speed.
No visual display.
I've tried taking the battery out and reseting the CMOS and even tried using the normal VGA slot to see if it'd display anything after the resets, but nothing!

I have the disks for everything and what not. But no idea how to get past the no display thing! Someone help!

The computer turns on, everything spinning, with or without soundcard / graphics card in.

Just turned it on, without sound card, and with graphics card. But no display, and the ATI 6850 is just going nuts! Just sounds like it wants to take off. I don't know what to do!

it could possibly be your PSU. that is what it sounds like to me.
