CPU coolers power requirements.

Hello, I just brought an AMD X4 II 965 and it's great but the noise from the cooler is fairly loud. I want to buy a new cooler that's a bit quieter, would the power demand be greater than the stock cooler? Also could someone recommend a cooler for around $25?

The fan is the only thing that consumes power, on water coolers theres fans and a pump..

The fan consumes under 10W depending on which one.

The Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo is a good budget cooler, the TX3 (coolermaster) is good for smaller cases (not SFFs or smaller).
