Build Review/Adivce

I have put together a list of items for a new PC build monitor/os/hardware. I would like a build review to make sure i am making the most cost efficient system.

Windows 7 home premium OEM. {I have a copy of XP but have seen no upgrade pack from XP to 7}

Everything looks good. But if you can spend an extra 20-40 dollars on your Graphics card, I would recommend an HD6870 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102948

If you can't however, and are on a tight budget, the 6850 will work just fine
