it will all work but the GTX 670 wont be maxing out games for long, its a solid card today though

I would change the board to a z77 or z68 board and go with an i5-3570k or i5-2500k. This is because you are gaming, and no games use hyperthreading.

It should last for about 5-6 years, this is because you can keep adding graphics cards until you have four gtx 670's in quad sli.
